In 2017, I was diagnosed with a painful knee injury that became exponentially worse over time. With no improvement to the ailment, I became unfit and gained weight. Inadvertently, this circumstance affected my spirit. I was introduced to Mr. Simon by a satisfied client in 2017. On commencing rehabilitation, I went from being incapable of walking up a staircase to, within 90 days, jogging one (1) mile. Presently at the age of 43, I can run as much as 13 miles comfortably.
